Calendar Checklist
3
Below are the most common events and moments that happen at the regional and chapter levels of BBYO. Have this document open side-by-side with the Semester Calendar (or on another screen or with a friend by your side) to ensure you include the most important and exciting moments of a BBYO experience for your members. If any of these terms are not familiar, check out the BBYO Glossary.

Regional (R) and Chapter (C): Many moments in BBYO happen at both the regional and chapter level. If there’s a checkbox next to the Regional (R) and Chapter (C) column, that means it’s an experience that can happen at both levels, at different times.

The Star (): If there is a star () next to the checkbox, that means it’s an essential or priority moment that should be calendared first. These essential experiences are what make AZA and BBG unique and feel like a Movement.

Either R or C: If an event is categorized as “Either R or C”, it means that you should choose a level for the event based on the flow of your calendar and what will excite your community the most. If you choose to run it by chapter, make sure that as a region, you choose a window of time that all chapters can coordinate around.
